This product is suitable for use in immunohistochemistry and insitu-hybridization.
Four formalin fixed paraffin embedded cell lines.
- Cell line A: Breast adenocarcinoma
- Cell line B: Glioblastoma
- Cell line C: Lung adenocarcinoma
- Cell line D: Anaplastic large cell lymphoma
Cells are fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin and paraffin wax embedded.
Sections are cut at 4μm, mounted on positively charged slides and baked overnight at 37°C. Cell microarrays (CMA) contain cores that are 1.5-2mm in diameter and 3-3.5mm in length. It is possible to obtain up to 400 sections depending on thickness and batch cutting.
