Tissue-like cell line derived qualitative control   consisting of 3 cell line cores, one negative and one positive (deletion) for FIG-ROS1 very low positive expression, One high expression for SLC34A2-ROS1 translocation. This product is suitable for use in immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.

Product Description

Three formalin fixed paraffin embedded cell lines.

  • Cell line A: Breast adenocarcinoma
  • Cell line B: Glioblastoma
  • Cell line C: Lung adenocarcinoma

Cells are fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin and paraffin wax embedded.

Sections are cut at 4μm, mounted on positively charged slides and baked overnight at 37°C. Cell microarrays (CMA) contain cores that are 1.5-2mm in diameter and 3-3.5mm in length. It is possible to obtain up to 400 sections depending on thickness and batch cutting.
